Who we are

This website, pretoriairrigationsystems.co.za, is owned and managed by Nolimit Marketing Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). We do not carry out irrigation work, quote, invoice or take payment ourselves. Enquiries come to us first, and we may refer them to one or more independent local contractors suited to your job.

What we collect

• Quote form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you need and anything you write in the message box.
• Phone calls: your phone number and any job details you give us.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to pass it to a contractor who can help. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

• The independent contractor or contractors we refer your enquiry to, only for that job.
• Web3Forms, the service that delivers form submissions to us by email.
• Google (Gmail), where we receive enquiries.

These services may process information on servers outside South Africa.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and whether our advertising works. These tools set cookies and record pages visited, the device and browser used, and when an enquiry is sent or the phone number is tapped. We don't send your name, phone number or email address to Google. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
